Scenario
The dominant driver is capacity, not headcount. Documentation, charting and prior-authorization work consumes provider hours that are already paid for. Conservatism is modeled as how much of that time comes back, and the returned hours are converted to visits at the provider's own existing rate, not an assumed one.

Capacity converted to revenue is computed from the hours returned, the practice's own visits-per-hour rate, net revenue per visit and margin. The other three are supporting drivers identified in the audit; each ramps with adoption. If the practice is already at capacity, the returned hours are worth the staffing they displace rather than the visits they add, and the model should be run that way instead.
What Gets Built

Year one is partial by design: value accrues after build and pilot, then ramps to full rate. Client value is shown net of fees so the two columns never double-count.
